Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 acteur dans la c\u00e9l\u00e8bre revue boulonnaise du temps de Marvas (interpr\u00e9tant par exemple le premier trio des trois gr\u00e2ces). Il est aujourd\u2019hui connu pour les nombreux chants et po\u00e8mes \u00e9crits tout au long de sa vie. Il a notamment trouv\u00e9 les paroles de \u00ab&nbsp;Boulogne en chansons&nbsp;\u00bb, album interpr\u00e9t\u00e9 avec ses acolytes de la revue, Micheline Bourguignon (Zabelle de l\u2019\u00e9poque) et Pierre Podevin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toutefois, son apport principal dans la litt\u00e9rature r\u00e9gionale est son investissement dans la publication de chroniques sous le nom de \u00ab F\u00e9licie \u00bb, tous les dimanches dans la <em>Voix du Nord<\/em>, \u00e0 partir des ann\u00e9es 1960. Ces chroniques, au d\u00e9part, racontaient les petits potins, en patois forc\u00e9ment. Puis, la rubrique s\u2019est \u00e9largie \u00e0 la publication de po\u00e8mes en patois.
